Framed within a nimbus of amethyst and pale gold spun glass, each antique angel chromolithograph is encircled by a glittering Dresden halo of starry angels. Designed and meticulously hand crafted in our atelier, we had the rare, colored spun glass made in Germany especially for this decoration! The Dresden halo features antique angel head scraps which date to the 1880's; they are centered on Victorian Dresden stars which were also made in Germany in the late 1800's. The delightful musical angel scraps were printed in Germany, circa 1880, by the famous firm of Littauer & Boysen. 6" wide, it's ours alone. Gift boxed.
