Blümchen's artists love these traditional battings! Including four different styles of cotton batting as well as luxurious battings of wool and silk, our collection has a batting that is sure to satisfy every crafting or quilting need. Ideal for making old-fashioned cotton batting ornaments, we also like to use sheets of batting as snowy ground cover for Putzen and Christmas village displays, and even to glitter small pieces of the bleached batting to lay in drifts along the branches of a tree to impart the look of freshly-fallen snow!

Our natural and bleached cotton battings are all made from 100% cotton, while the black batting is a mix of 80% cotton with 20% fine polyester. We are also pleased to offer difficult-to-find batting of 100% wool and 90% silk, which are sure to be appreciated by the discriminating crafter. All of these battings are manufactured in America by Hobbs Bonded Fibers, which is well known for their top quality batting products. Please note that most of the batting sheets we offer are crib sized and measure 45" by 60".
