This old-style party and craft crepe paper fringing is a wonderfully decorative Halloween trimming. Inspired by pictures and photos of Halloween parties from the 1920's, Blümchen commissioned an American manufacturer to re-create this nostalgic black and orange fringe especially for us. Nifty to use for party room decorating, it's also a great craft trim to use when creating your own Halloween decorations and ornaments. Each package contains 20' total of flame resistant crepe paper fringe, with two separate lengths each measuring 5" wide by 10' long.
