United States ~ Alaska, Hawaii, and Territories
Orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will be
shipped using the United States Postal Service. During the checkout process, an additional $2.00 will
automatically be added to our standard shipping rates.

For customers wishing to ship orders to APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call our Customer

D. Blümchen & Company no longer ships orders to Canadian addresses. You may e-mail us with any

Orders delivered to International addresses are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
Because Blümchen ships all International orders through the United States Postal Service, we require
your telephone number to process your order. Blümchen will not ship your order until you confirm, by
return e-mail, your acceptance of the delivery charge. An additional handling fee of US $6.00 will be

At this time we do not offer Express Shipping for orders placed through our on-line store. Blümchen
offers Next Day and Second Day delivery by Fed Ex for phone orders only. Express Delivery is available
to locations with street addresses only; we are not able to deliver to rural routes or Post Office boxes.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Orders shipped to multiple addresses are charged the standard shipping charge for each address.
You can order on-line at Blumchen.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An e-mail notification will be
sent to confirm the receipt of your order. All orders placed on-line are entered into our order management
system the following business day. After an order is submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be made
on-line. To adjust your order before it is shipped please call Customer Service at 201-652-5595 or contact
us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
for all on-line orders.

Method of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards for orders placed on-line, by
phone, fax, and mail. When placing an order by mail, we also accept checks and money orders in
U.S. funds. Please note that our credit card processor requires that you supply us with your name
exactly as it appears on your credit card.
Sales tax is automatically applied to all orders delivered within the State of New Jersey. The tax rate
of 7% is applied to merchandise only; shipping charges are not taxable in New Jersey.
Promotional Codes and Special Orders
You may redeem a promotional code on-line by entering a valid code during checkout. Bonus items
received through a special offer will not appear in your shopping basket until the end of checkout.
Please note that only one code can be entered per order.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your
order. You may request an exchange, refund, or credit, but we ask that you return the merchandise
in new condition, with all original accessories and packing materials, along with a copy of the original
packing slip. Do note that a 10% re-stocking fee may be incurred on some returns at our discretion.
Contact our Customer Service department for further instructions. You will be assigned a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for your return or exchange. Please indicate your RMA
number on the outside of the parcel, and on all correspondence. Return shipping charges and
insurance fees are refunded only if the wrong item was shipped.
Was your order damaged during shipping? Save the damaged outer carton and contents, exactly as
received, for inspection by a Fed Ex representative. Please call us within one week of receipt of the
damaged merchandise for further instructions.
