This mint condition, old store stock scrap is still as bright and colorful as the day it was printed! A vintage original dating to the mid-20th century, this acid free scrap relief picture was produced in Western Germany by E.A. Schwerdtfeger. Known for their imaginative designs, the Berlin-based EAS closed down in the 1980's.
Traditional folk costumes of Germany are depicted on these charming die-cuts. Each scrap features a different outfit along with a notation of the regional costume that is depicted. The legends on this sheet are for Mark-Brandenburg, Braunschweig, Hessen and Unterfranken.
