It's party time! Don't these children look swell in their fanciful party hats? Brightly colored scraps from the 1930's, these vintage die-cuts have overprinted accents of gleaming gold. Made in Vienna by the firm Emanuel Heller, our original sheets are marked with the publisher's trademark "EMANUEL HELLER" in black, the item number "289" in red letters and "MADE IN AUSTRIA."

Twelve scraps of six boys and six girls, two of each design; the die-cuts are 2" high and ¾" high.
