Blümchen's artists crafted this striking Valentine
heart wreath using just one bag of our frilly crepe
paper garland. We cut out a 16" wide by 16½" high
heart from ¼" thick foamboard, then simply wound
the garland around the cut-out heart form, starting
and ending at the top of the heart. Glue the ends of
the garland to the heart form, and you're done!
A nice and easy project for the little ones, you can
further decorate the heart wreath with floral sprays.
