This festive Valentine heart wreath was created using
just one bag of our frilled crepe paper garlanding.

To make the heart form, we used ¼" thick foamboard
and cut out a 16" high by 16" wide heart. To trim, wind
the garland around the heart form, starting and ending
at the top. Glue the ends down, and you're done!

To decorate the wreath, add your own whimsical frills
and furbelows such as a pretty spray of silk flowers with
a ribbon bow hanger to complete your Valentine wreath.
