Our whimsical, extra-large tissue eggs are a nifty collectible from the past for all Easter enthusiasts! A popular item from the early 1900's to mid-century, a common harbinger of Spring was to see these jumbo tissue egg decorations in a store window display. These old-time eggs were made of "honeycombed" art tissue in the traditional fashion by the original manufacturer, and have string hangers on the side. Eggs are easy to assemble: just fold open and attach the sides by means of small tabs. And after Easter, they close flat for storage to be enjoyed for years to come.
