Valentine Frilled Crepe Garland

To make the heart form, we used ¼" thick foam board
and cut out a 14" high by 14" wide heart. To trim, wind
the garland around the heart form, starting and ending
at the top. Glue the ends down, and you're done!

To decorate the wreath, add your own whimsical frills
and furbelows such as a pretty spray of silk flowers with
a ribbon bow hanger to complete your Valentine wreath.
